Whatsup yall im new to these forums thought i would say hey.

Heres my question tho. Ive had my maxima for about a month now. its a 97' stick and im looking to start to upgrade it bit by bit.The first thing I am going to do is get a cold air intake but after that what would you suggest to get first? Im not on that tight of a budget but i dont want to be spending a ton of money. If you post please only post reliable companies/ products.

thanks

Welcome to NICO!!!Y-pipe, exhaust, short throw shifter, twin plate clutch, nitrous oxide?, upgraded ECU, there are a lot of things you can do, if money is no object. Glad you're a fellow Maxima owner.

ah 97 stick same as me,im also a fellow new maxima owner,so far i have a AEM cold air intake and a flowmaster muffler....IMO the flowmasters are the way to go,they dont look extreamly flashy, they keep a stock look, and they sound good.....im doing a new clutch(due to the fact my stock one just went out) and im hoping to do lowering springs and under drive pullys next....good luck with yours man.

Y-pipe is definitely the way to go for first mod. Best gain you can get from any single bolt-on.

I agree with the Flowmaster recommendation. Great exhausts, good sound, nothing outrageous looking.
