For having me here. I am a proud owner of an 86 Nissan D21 HB 4x4 St. cab. I picked it up for 400 bucks in bad shape, sagging and not running worth a damn, along with the wrecked front end any ways, work I have done-

tinted the side and rear windows, it's posted up in the top thread of this section.
new coil pack and resistors,
new oil,
new plugs and cables,
T-stat,
rad cap,
i believe all of this was oem, and I do mean ORIGINAL HAHA... oil was sludgy, gear oils were black as can be, and
none of the elictrical worked anywhere, lights, interior, exterior, blah blah blah...
most is fixed, except for the tach.

any ways, thanks for lettin me join, I have plans for the weber carb conversion, this is a Z24i and I hate the TBI set up on here...

Welcome to NICO!

Keep up the good work. The more rescued Datsun/Nissan's the better :)

ya, I was looking at another 86 Nissan 720 Body style, beat to hell, but for 500 bucks, and knowing it has been a farm truck since it was owned, is a plus, guy said it has like almost 60K original miles.... hmmmm.... and it's the z24 with carb, and the motor would bolt right up, then a weber would be a much easier swap!!!..... hmmm.... might have to go get it hahahaha!!!
