I have been a regular visitor to NICO and I have been doing some extensive shopping for my M45...yes, I do not own a precious yet but I am striving to own part of Infiniti history!!! I am a recent graduate of a masters program and need to buy the car that I have been waiting for...a M45!!! Granted I have utilized the internet and a local Nissan dealer for my shopping avenues but I would like some recommendations on exceptional dealers who are trusted within this community. These recommendations will greatly assist me on the first "big" purchase of my life!!! Thank you all...

Hello,Welcome to NICO. Given your location, I would imagine your dealer choices are somewhat limited. Several here have travelled long distances to find the M that they wanted, myself included. From Sioux Falls it appears you have four dealers within 200 miles with Omaha being the closest at 170 miles. Are you looking for a new or preowned? Also, are you looking for a first or second gen. M? Congrats on finishing your masters.Cheers,M.L

Congrats on your masters! Unless $$$ is no object, I would also consider E-Bay where I bought my '06 M35x, premium, w/31000 miles on and in spotless condition for $32.5k; a lot less expensive than a $55k new one.

Unless you want the all new M45x, these new in '06 machines haven't changed much except for cosmetics and a better entertainment setup in '08; not worth the 20k+ in my opinion.

I love my E-Bay black beauty!

I am all about the first gen...i have never agreed with critics' comments on the looks of gen one...I love it...as on Omaha and the Cities I have been there done that peroidcially...not to much for choices...as for ebay pry stick with some small purchases only (especially after the BMW Lincoln debacle)...! I have read many times over Chicago has a high concentration of M45s yet I would like to find a "Winter Virgin" and introduce her to the MidWest Tundra...East / West coast I am willing to travel for a diamond in the rough...Lastly, thank you much on the congrats..! This accomplishment means alot to me and more to my family...considering the majority of my blood are farmers / ranchers which makes me now wonder what kind of responses I would get upon arrival at a fam reunion in a M...?!?!?!
