Hello fellow Niconauts. I'm not new to the forums. I have been lurking in the shadows for some time now. I haven't really posted much, so I figured I would throw some pics of my new car up.

I haven't modified anything yet other than debadging, but hopefully manufacturers will start coming out with some good parts sometime soon.

Just curious, why do a lot of people love debadging? I kinda think most badges (at least on my car) look pretty sweet. Is there a practical reason, or is it just that you guys think it looks better w/o the badges?

I personally like debadging because it cleans everything up. I don't really care what the car says it is, I think the body is the important aesthetic aspect.

The only badge I have on my Sentra is the "Sentra" badge on the back...and the "tooth" grille

I'm with nametakennow, it just cleans the car up. The designers designed the body to have a appealing look. The badges are just advertising for the company. Just to let people know what they are looking at.

My car only has the front and rear hamburgers, and those are only on because they involve screws, and I don't want nasty-looking holes in my grille/trunk.

Like the look! How does the new Spec V drive? I've read a lot about them but the jury is still out. The drivetrain is better than the B15 but the frame is bigger and taller so is the handling compromised? Just curious.

I think it drives and handles pretty good. However I have never driven a B15 so can't really compare the too. I am dissapointed about the interior build quality though. This thing has rattles everywhere. It also doesn't have a good turning radius, and the steering rack is starting to make noise like some of the other '07 Spec Vs. I am coming off driving a Z32 though, so its hard to adjust.

It drives like a dream. It handles better than any car I've ever driven, and is easily the most powerful 2.5L 4cyl I've found. I like it a hell of a lot better than my co-workers 04 Spec-V; I can't keep up with her on the street, but she's got a turbo, among other mods. I've only gotten around to putting a SRI and some breathers in place of the vacuum lines. (I'm doing a TB bypass today.)

Welcome Bro, Nice looking Nissan Did you buy it Brand New? One of the reasons why people Debage there cars because it makes other drivers wonder what kind of car that is. Makes them look 2-3 times. Peace Out Dude!

Co-signed. My GTI is debadged. only things left are the front and rear VW emblems and those are blacked out.

Ive also Driven both i thought the older Specs felt a little more planted. the newer one felt taller with a little more body roll.
