Whats happaning first off. My name is josh, I'm up on the east coast and baught my 5spd 93 240 coupe off craigslist for 1200 bucks. Needless to say it as pretty obliterated inside and out as far as cosmetics. The back seats were burt so badly I swore someone had a campfire going in them, seats look like some 300lbs sweaty a** had been sitting in them for about 10 years strait never to be cleaned (The fabric was all discolored and crusty ) The struts and springs were completely blown out, the exhaust flanges were welded together and the exhaust itself was nearly rotted off. Passengerside fender, flip up assembly, bumper and corner of the hood were smashed, barely any breaks, bad fuel pump and clutch shiftnob and boot were basically deteriorated completely off. And thats just some of the issues it had lol. However, Out of all this bad i knew some good had to come out of it. Shocked as I was there was no Body rot anywhere to be found. Not even a stitch of rust, even after sitting for 2 years. We popped the hood to find a DOHC wich was a nice suprise because they thaught it was a SOHC. So Ive had the car a little over a year now and have taken some real time breathing life back into it. starting with the inside and outside.

Anyways, after working on it for about 6 months thens toring it all winter I managed to make it look like this,

I Also baught a Blown SR20DET for 500 bucks around the same time that I baught my car. Thats nearly done and built for some real abuse. I'll post those up under this section!.

Haha all these ME people popping out of the woodworks.East Coast represent! Seriously though nice car, i like the silvia conversions on coupes w/blacked out taillights. I'd lower it and paint it and throw in a gtr grill w/some bricks then it'll look even nicer. Hope the SR swap goes well.

Ya I'd love to lower it more but the roads around here are garbage, it's been lowered an inch and a quarter in the front and an eighth in the rear. But gotta thing form over function for now. I do have some pics of my SR20 I'm putting in. Basically baught it with a destroyed 3rd cylinder and it had water damage in most of the chambers. So far I have had it Ported and polished everywhere possible, block repainted after bead blasting, bored .30 over, Crankwork, Eagle Rods, Wiseco pistons, Ti-crank bearings, All new gaskets and seals, Brian Crower Valve springs, Brian Crower Valves, EPP bronze valve guides. OEM Hydrolic lifters (Went with these to keep my from over boosting and killing myself lol ) Ordering my ARP Head studs next week and my timing chain kit. Should bo all set Goody shopping soonish lol. Time to put some power to the pavement!. Enjoi the pics

The guy in the picture is my buddy spencer from Butler Mcmasters machine shop in Maine. They do fantastic work.

Thanks, appreciate all the feedback. I def plan on doing some more to the exterior and interior of the car as the go fast bits grow. I just prefer to get all the s*** work out of the way early.
