Try to unplug emergency light switch and see if it resolve the problem. If not then unplug/disconnect the radio. Something is giving electric short. Did u buy the car used?

Did you change the light to LED? Some led cause the radio to dim because it "thought" you have the side marker on (meaning current through the side marker wire)

Actually it does, the radio dim when it detect a current in the running light, and if the light is poor quality (or wrong type, as I remember the rear turn signal require a special base) will cause the problem. I have a similar problem where the brake light (which share the same light bulb with the side marker) cause the radio to dimmed. But since yours is the turn signal, I have a feeling its the front light

You may not think it can hurt anything, but it can if you don't use the correct type of bulb. If you're not using the newest Error Free LED bulbs with built-in CAN bus controller, it will cause problems with your system. As the saying goes, good LED bulbs aren't cheap, and cheap LED aren't good. Try putting back ALL of the bulbs you replaced.

I never experienced any problems with led bulbs in '08 but I was paying for them tremendous money in my opinion. As for my case I had a problem with radio in my '14 Rogue about 3 months ago but now I had a chance to record the problem with the unit:
