HELLLLP !! Getting no injector pulse in my 89 d21

i have a 1989 nissan d21 4x4 3.0 and im getting no injector pulse. im getting solid fuel pressure and spark (fires great with starting fluid). And it pulls a code 21 ignition signal from the computer Very baffled at this situation. decided to check the injectors and theyre good i cant find anything anywhere about this situation,Seeing that these have issues with the ECM ground i was wondering if it was that but i cant figure out where its at. anyways, any input on this situation would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
