helllllllllllllllp swapped sr20det from s13 to s14.. now car idles at 3k wtf!!

so i swapped over my sr20det from my s13 to my s14... it idled FINE in my s13 but now it wants to idle at 3k... there is water in the block, there are no vacc leaks, but when i clamp down on the iacv line the idle drops so im thinking maybe that is open??

i have 12 volts on the black/yellow wire and the light blue wire is tied into my ecu..

when i unplug the IACV the car idles at like 2500 rpms... anyone think they know wtf this might be??? any suggestions are greatly appreciated

try adjusting the screw on the iacv
