in all honesty i really wanted to just see how these wheels would look on my car as all the Z33 wheel on S chassis pics are with cars riding like monster trucks...

im actually trying to find some lugs that are affordable for the friend that owns the G35 for his volks. He has an FC3S that he's building but is on hibernation and it has some volk GT-C's but the thread pitch is diff...

if i ran the 18's id run 40's prolly but i'd still have to roll and pull the fenders

G Coupes had staggered tire sizes. Whoever owns those put the wrong tires on the fronts.

Uhhh, what?

What's jack location have to do with anything?

And if tires are all the same size, they're not staggered, no matter what car they're on.

you honestly did not get that? he jacked up the back of the G35, Meaning he only took off the rear wheels and put them on one side of the 240.

we need a facepalm emoticon lol.

like this one  ? how's this one :picard:

but in greg's defense, your original explanation about jacking the car up didn't make sense. i was confused at first myself.

There's nothing in his original post to indicate that. Keep your facepalm.

A side note, friend of mine bought my old 17" G wheels for his S14. Still too much tire for now.

nm i re-read what i wrote... i didnt want to jack the car up from the side so i only pulled the rear wheels off . The front tires on his car are the correct size

so the deal is if i buy the $100 rays lug nuts for the volk GT-C's ( they use special lugs ) then i can use the G35 wheels as long as the mazda isn't running.... tempting... i may roll my fenders later today just to do it lol..

also as of right now the front tires on the g35 wheels are 235/45 and the rear are 265/35... im prolly gunna have to beat the hell outta the front to get it to fit and do a decent pull in the rear.
