helical diff ratios

Hi guys-- I am in the middle of a VQ swap into an S14. I would like to run an S15 helical diff. I would like to run the 3.538 gears from a 350Z or Q45. Does anyone know if this ring and pinion will bolt into and work in the 240SX S14 R200 diff? I have heard something that isn't clear to me about there being a longnose R200 and a short nose R200 diff. Anybody know which is which in relation to the three cars I've mentioned? The three are 240SX, 350Z, and Q45.
P.S. There used to be a sticky with pictures of all of these diffs and a few more on this site. Since the change of format I search and search but rearely find what I am looking for. Not sure what I am doing wrong. Are these pics still on here somewhere?

I've got an extra 3.54 ring and pinion...pretty sure you could follow the steps I'm doing in this writeup I'm doing.
