My guess is if u'r gonna change the ride height now and then(like if u go to a track). Get the coilovers. It also depends on the kind you get, because in some you can adjust the dampening also in others you can't.

If u just lower it and keep it that way, get springs(why waste the extra money). You can get adjustable shocks along with them but you don't have to. But I also think if you drop it a lot you might need adjustable shocks(not sure though.)

With coilovers, I don't think u need anything except for some i think u might need pillow-ball mounts, not sure though. For most you can use the stock strut mounts.(Someone correct me if I'm wrong).

With springs You don't need anything but the springs, again you might need adjustable shocks if you drop it a great deal, I don't know that for a fact but I think I read that somewhere.

If all you care about is looks, dont bother with coilovers, springs will accomplish your goals.

I don't know about that J-Spec, I mean if you absolutely hate wheel gap, and all you care about IS the looks (i.e. ride characteristics don't matter), go with the coilovers, you'll get that "perfect" drop...

i am not much for looks, im more of a performance person, i mean im getting the JIC Magic s13 bodykit, it looks stock like, not to show room type at all, im basicly lowering to get rid of a fender gap pretty much, i dont want to lower it a great deal, jus like an inch, so i will probably go with just springs. anyone wanna suggest a type for me to go after, i also want a stiff ride, i like to corner hard :-p

I have Eibach Sportlines right now...They ride great, but I feel like they could be a little stiffer...

well i cannot afford my car to flip if it takes a corner too hard.... but then again, i guess if i could pull the ebrake going 50 and fishtail the other way theres not much of a chance flipping my car....
