height amd spring rate

I have eibach pro kit and monroe struts ( yes I know they suck)but its the top of the line ones they offer and i need ed them bad.

the real question I need to know the spring rates and how much they lower your ride stock springs, eibach pro kit and sportline, whiteline springs, the new tabe ones 210 series, and H&R

If someone can does this it would very much appreciated thank you
