Open the hood and right above the headlight on the metal cross frame there's a oval shaped hole (That's what she said  ) You'll need a flash light and a long phillips screw driver. Shine the light down in the hole and you'll see a white round circle with a "+" or X depending how you look at it. That is the adjusting knob. Here's the pornographic part: ;) Stick the long phillips screwdriver down in the hole and into the X part. SLIGHTLY put pressure on it and turn the adjusting knob. Right will raise the reflecting bowl. left will lower it. BE CAREFUL as the adjusting knob is made out of plastic. :tisk: You don't want to strip it out. Now Go Fight WIN! :bigthumb: :dblthumb:

seems like my lights are a bit off as well after I swapped out my factory OEM HID's with aftermarket ones... at first i accidentally got D2S bulbs, and those were just awful, light scattered all over the place since they are supposed to be in projectors... but even my D2R aftermarkets just seem like the light pattern is just up a bit too high... maybe its in my head, but I don't think so...

Hey Darryl or Bundy,
Can one of you take a picture of how to do this??? My headlights are only lighting up about 25ft in front of me, unless I have the hi beams on.

I just went and checked and the adjustment screw is actually behind the headlight, it's a 7 or 8 mm in size, you have to open up the plastic wheel well cover.

Actually you can still adjust it. You'll need a long thin screwdriver and a lighter. Just heat the tip of the screwdriver and gently push in. let it cool and voila! :naughty:
