im replacing my exhaust mainfold gasgets and i cant get the fukindamn thing off....its on a KA24E SOHC

i expect there is enough room to move the manifold aroundwithout having to disconnect them from the exhaust...

but the damn thing wont budge more than a quarter of aninch...

so if ne one can tell me how to get em off PLEASE DO

You need to remove the eight bolts from the manifold to the head. You also need to unsrew the tube that threads into the manifold just above the O2 sensor.
