so stillen just released a new intake its about 80 bucks more and get 10 hp from the long one as the 6hp from the short one.

really madd here. i want it. why did they change it. at first they were like ooo its soo advanced no need for the whole tube like the toshiba fujitsu or w,e garbage it is. and now theyr all like heyy get this and your car is gonna be even faster.

express your opinions here. im contemplating on getting ride of mine. lol i think anyone interested. idn if its gonna be worth it but then again i wont get any $$ for mine now.

It's only for the 07 and up sedans. I'm not concerned, i have an 03.

You know 10 HP, (if it really is 10 HP), would add only 1 to 1.25 MPH in your quarter mile time. I wonder when people tell me they "can feel the difference."

idn much about hp and the feeling that goes along with it. but if they say it does put out more hp. that works for mee. its an additional 144$ from stillen for just the tubes. im about to order it next week or so.

I don't think this is stupidity from Stillen, 'cause it worked on Suby! He's ordering one... why do you think that everytime Apple comes out with a new Ipod model, they only sell it with like 4gb... then 2 months later they release the same model with 8gb... then 6 months later, they release the exact same model with 80GB! They know that people want more power... so they'll hype up the first generation (and you'll buy it), then when the bigger/badder version comes out, you'll buy it too! Predatory marketing at it's finest!

I'm not knocking on you suby, as I'm usually the poor schlub who buys both as well... just hope you can sell your old one to some unsuspecting kid who'll appreciate it...

Early adopters always get screwed! I wouldn't worry about it...probably not worth the extra $$ to get one, unless Stillen can hook you up with an upgrade kit.
