Welp everyone this is my first car sawp/build and im learing alot and having a ton of fun doing it so far. im sure that will change. but so far im just putting OEM stuff and parts that will help it last and run smoothly. dotn feel like making a list but enough talk here she be

Day it came (about 3 weeks ago)

Started taking it apart

Changing the head gasket

looks great!everything seems to be kept in good condition.

What should i be looking for as far as were on the valves?? they seem fine but didnt konw what to look for.

It doesnt have any play in the wheels so im happy

Other stuff

First upgrade

ill be adding shortly. just need to get it to a machine shop to get out the freakin head bolt i broke.

nice work, which bolt is broken? snap it.

you can probably get it out without a machine shop.

Are you gonna use a new oem headgasket? i mean if you have it off you might as well put a badass one in there unless you just gonna keep the motor stock with bolt-ons. Still sweet stuff nonetheless!

Sweet!!! Hats off to you for doing the headgasket yourself , I just wimped out on that whole project! Yeah, what type of headgasket are you going to use?

Yeh the ARP headbots came in today and i went with tomie headgasket. i

its the first one on the exhaughst side and i think ill play it safe and take it to one. dont want to mess up the block...then id really be pissed. im actually off to get it done right now.
