Heavy shaking at 1st and 2nd

I know a little shaking occurs if you got some heavy hp/torque going to the wheels, but my shifter jumps like a blender on 'chop' mode in 1st and 2nd gear. A 97 DE engine was just put in, but the transmission is from a 92. Would a new transmission mount alleviate this?

Also it's hard agressively shifting from 1st to 2nd.

Any help/advise would be greatly appreciated

Im not sure what that mean....A new trans mount would most likely help.

like if I rev past 3k it kinda hangs and makes a grinding noise going into 2nd.
