Heating problem please help im cold

Ok this is the scenario my blower motor does not turn on in any of the four positions 1 through 4 . I tried another motor still nothing, the climate control switchs all light up. nd I checked the fuses for the blower motor they are both good. than i also switched the climate control switchs out for a spare one I had nd still nothing . ne help would b greatly appreciated thank you .

Did you replace or test the blower motor resistor when you switched motors?

No thats the one thing that was not done how hard is that too replace and where exactly would i be lookin for this and what does it look like thank you very much
