seriously, it takes all of 3 minutes to change it out by just lying in the passenger foot well. nothing is in the way and it's held in by a couple of phillips head screws. stick your head under there and look for a brown, rectangular plug. that's your resistor. unclip the plug, undo the screws (i'm pretty sure there are only three, 2 in front, one in back), pull the old one out and replace it. if you have to take your dash off, you're changing the wrong part.SILVIAJayS wrote:

Indeed and I know that too, because I bought an aftermarket one the first time and it lasted about a week, so I was right back on my back on the floorpan putting the nissan one in.numbnuts240 wrote:
