The heater on my 92 isn't working very well, when I turn it to the hotest, the air that comes out of the vent is still barely warm.. What do you guys think it is? Does the thermostat have anything to do with it? Could it be the climate control is wired wrong or something? Help me out!

I would flush/change the radiator coolant.and a thermostat is stuck open can cause the cold as well.(temp gauge reading ok?) Other possibility clogged heater core..

Oh crap.. You might be right.. I was looking at the engine bay today and I think my coolant container is empty, or at least it looked empty... What do you mean by the thermostat stuck open though? LOL.

The temp reading is fine, not wrong with that as far as I can tell..

I had the same problem...I bought a thermostat and when I took off the water outlet there wasn't even an old one in there. So that could be your problem...putting a new thermostat in is fairly easy-drain the coolant, remove the intake tube, fan shroud, fan, and water outlet...the thermostat is right in that hole in the block. Only took about 45 minutes or so.
