ok check this out. i just bout a heater core to replace the blown one, but i still have a problem with my heat ACTUALLY BLOWING in the car. it doesnt work at all. 1 2 3 4 dont work but im still able to adjust the blowing settings. i thought it was the blower motor.

so i took a light test to the swith harness, the relay inlet and the blower motor harness, and i have power going to all of it WITHOUT the relay in. but of course the climate control box doesnt.

as soon as i put the relay in i get NO power to the blower motor harness. everyone says its the relay but i tryied 4 of the same kind, and one brand new one. same thing happens. do any of ya'll kno wut in the world it is.???

1 2 3 4 switches, eh?

On a more serious note, sounds like you didn't get your testing right. It's not actually possible to have power at the blower motor connector if the relay isn't in the car, as far as I know. On top of that, if you actually *did* have power at the connector, and your blower motor was good, it would have been on until you unplugged it. That still leaves a problem with the blower motor itself first.

You may want to buy yourself a DVOM instead of using a test light, too. It's a lot safer on the electronics.
