Heater problem's

1994 nissian sentra L E 1.6 litre engine.Heater fan switch will not work on any speed when this first startedHappened about two weeks ago.if you moved the control switch thatSwitches the inside air and out side air it will come on and work on all Speed's. now it still will work but you have to move the control switchThree to four times for it to come on.Someone please help me.

IIRC the switch is a mechanical device, it has some sort of a lever or cord that manually moves gates in the ducting. Could have an issue with those, never dealt with it so thats really all I can suggest looking at. Good luck.

So let me ask, the blower works fine (air comes out of the vents) but you can't adjust the temperature, right???

Sorry about the confusion. when turning on the heater fan switchnone of the speeds will work, if you move the level that switch From out side air to inside air the heater speeds will work.
