Heater Issues!

I just realized that on my heater controls, that 1-3 make no differance in heat output. I would think thats an issue, since the #4 kicks in like regular, but 1-3 are the same. Is there anything i can do to fix this?

You mean the air doesn't come out faster, or it just doesn't put out more heat? It could be your blower motor if the air doesn't come out faster...that's the only thing I can think of. If it just doesn't heat up, your heater core could be getting clogged, or your thermostat could be sticking open and you're engine isn't getting hot enough, or you could have air in your cooling system...sometimes that'll cause it not to heat properly.
