i don't have a diagram for you, but you shouldn't have 5 water inlet/outlets at the back of the motor And if you have the 240sx FSM, it helps a little here. At least that what helped me determine inlets and outlets (should be similar). The skyline FSM didn't offer much help here.

there should be two metal pipes of the same diameter, one on top of the other, under your intake manifold. They should have cut hoses unless you pulled them off. They will be very close to the back of your motor and like i said, one above the other. I'd take pictures but my car is 3 hrs. away from me...

And as for how they are connected to your heater core: ( P.S. I have an S14)You will need to do some trimming of the hoses. I had the hoses from the rb and ka to work with, so i just used the ones that fit best, with trimming. Now, once you find your heater hoses on the motor, look for the the one that comes out of the block ( i don't remember which one that is, but just take a look). That one should be connected to the hose with the valve on it (the inlet). Now that leaves the other heater core hose from your firewall as the outlet. So attach that to the one on the motor (this pipe will be headed towards your throttlebody).

Hope that helped!
