Does anyone know how to tell if the heater core isn't working. My heat isn't blowing and I can't find the thermostat.

Probably your thermostat. This might help

Does anything blow out of the vents? If not it could mean that the blower has either caught an armature (dead spot) or that the blower motor is bad or it could be as easy as a blown fuse.

OK, well here is the thing. My A/C works but the freon is leaking. It blows fine, but i'm just sitting there and I don't ever feel any hot air when I change it from hot to cold. And I took that rubber tube appart (it's red on your car) and looked there but couldn't find it. So how would I get it?

AAWW crap. OK well it's too dark and cold to do that right now. I guess I have to figure out how to take those pipes off.

All you have to do is remove the radiator and fan to get more room to work, take off the hoses, then start to remove the pipes...after taking out the radiator and fan you'll have plenty of room with an extension to get to the bolts. Take those out and remove the clamps holding the two hoses on. Replace these hoses while you have them out. Then just pull/twist on them and they'll pop off. after they are off you'll easily see the thermostat. Might want to change the H20 pump while you're in there.

The heat is working now. It just takes a long time to start. The temp. reasing on the car is crazy. It goes for staying in the middle to waving on cold.
