Does anyone know where to buy the New Plastic pipes the go on the Core!? Thanks

As far as specific to the vehicle, that's gonna be a tough one. However, you can still get these:

I would guess they could be trimmed or adapted to fit your core.

I found these to, they look pretty close!
BOTH cars share the same Heater Core.

Only problem with those is that the top tube on our heater core has a open and close valve that works off a spring. I searched for months for just those tubes with no luck. I ended up buy a new heater core from the dealer
