Heater core/coil??

Hello everyone, have a quick question, my fiancee's pathfinder is not blowing out hot arm, it's barley warm, took it to my mechanic and he said the heater core/coil was blocked, so he tried unblocking it and still no heat. Do you know if it would be the core or the coil? Whats the difference? Any DIY's on here on how to install. Thanks.

I had a heater core problem it took several flush's to clear there is a s*** ton of work involved in changing the core out

Infinitis' Get air bubbles in their coolant systems very easy. Infiniti uses a special tool that puts the coolant system under a vacum and sucks the coolant in from a 5 gallon bucket to ensure no bubbles enter the system. I would have your nearest dealer or nissan specialty shop that have the correct tool (all dealers have this) perform a coolant drain and refill. Good Luck

yes and it works wonders waaay faster than using a overflow funnel we have a mastertech in the shop that still uses a overflow funnel i guess after 30 years you get stuck in your ways lol even though it takes sooo much longer

and you know after using that thing i still get air pockets in my car, i have never had a problem with a customers car just mine lol
