heater core and cooling unit grommet interchange?

2002 Frontier 3.3 SE. I'm looking for the firewall grommets for the heater tubes and the cooling unit. The part numbers are 92580-01E00 and 92560-01J20 respectively. Both cracked and fell out awhile ago. Any leads on parts from other models or years, that fit, domestic or foreign would be much appreciated.

Assuming they're actual grommets and not bulkhead fittings, you should be able to measure ID, OD, and thickness to find something standard which fits the pipes and holes. McMaster has a very nice selector showing complete mechanical dimensions and materials:
