Aloha Nissan fans, couldn't find a thread about heater cores and their inevitable Denise. I'm trying to r&r a '99 3.3 liter heater core and I can't seem to figure out how to get the mother out! It seems to be hanging on the a/c lines but I see no way to even disconnect them. The unit is nice and loose except for the a/c. I'm sure I'll get sick again...perhaps even in this job so any help you can give would be great. It's bad enough to be driving a minivan without a family, but it's worse to own a broken minivan :-) thanks!

I'm new to this club, I have many years experience with a lot of cars, I've owned 38, and fixed hundereds more, went to WTI for automotive and street rod building in 93. Any help would be greatly appreciated, even a link to service manual would be really helpful and hopefully I'll be able to repay with an answer to help you someday. Thanks again.

Thanks mr Bike, I got the disconnect tool for the a/c, now just need the time to get back up in there. Appreciate your time.
