heater control lights

I have a 93 240sx that has no panel lights for the heater control. The button lights and slide switches light, but not the main panel that allows you to see the unlit buttons. I saw a thread once upon a time that showed how to take the unit apart to change the bulbs but can not find it now. Can anybody help me ?

ya its hard to find i i think the only way to find it is search: hvac lights

if i remember correctly it should be there.
