Whats up with my heater ?

When i have the air on at 80 on the digital climate control i have air coming out the center ducts and on the floor when i put the temp to 90

Air comes out the defroster and it feels like the air is always blowing cold, on the other hand it blows hot on my feet but nothing comes out the center when i have it set to 90

If you have the digital climate control then there almost a test you can do to see if all the electrical components are working as they should. Look it up in the service manual: Nicoclub.com/FSM
