Heated Steering Wheel. 2011 M37X

I am experiencing an issue with my heated steering wheel. When the steering wheel is first turned on, it gets nice and warm but then gradually goes Luke warm then no heat at all. I have a 17 minute drive to work and about 10 minutes into the drive there is no heat at all?? I have tried to turn back on but if it does not stay off for 4-5 mins it will not get warm again. What a nuisance.
My 2007 M35x Heated steering wheel would stay on warm until turned off.

Any advice or thought??

Can't help, but your 07 X had a heated steering wheel? Really. I have an 07 with everything in it and ho heated steering wheel?

I wish the 11 had heated back seats and entertainment package like my 2007 Couldn't get them on my new one??
