I am new to NICO. Name is Wayne Baker. Have a 2003 G35 that I bought for my wife. I am getting ready to put heated seats in it for her because it didn't come with them. I was told that there may be a possibility that the seat heaters may still be in the seats and attached to the harness even if they were not shown as an option that it was ordered with. The switches are not installed but I was curious if the harnesses are different or not at the center console. Please let me know if you have any information. thanks.

Welcome to NICO!

I don't think there are heaters in the 03 seats...but let me get you a tech who might know.

Hey there and welcome!

I highly doubt that there are heating elements inside the base seats. They come as a factory installed option. There are however companies that install them in cars that they did not come on. This requires adding new circuits and protection devices as well as the heater elements that must be sewn into the seats and all related wiring.

They are not just lacking switches and are not prewired (as far as I can tell).
