I got the truck about a month ago and noticed that only the low setting on the drivers seat worked (all the other seats worked fine). I decided to pull the heated seat switches out to test the drivers one, which turned out to be broken. When I put the switches back in none of the seats worked. Ive checked the fuses under the dash, am I missing something? Are there multiple fuses? did I somehow fry the module? Any help is appreciated.

There's a whole other set of fuses and relays under the hood.

are the fuses separate from the main engine ones or in the same compartment? And do you know which one/ones are for the seats

Did you take a look at the FSM? http://www.nicoclub.com/FSM/QX4/2001%20QX4/

I checked all the fuses in the engine bay and the drivers kick panel. All good. I removed the plug and used a multimeter to see if there was power going to the switches and there was. Should I try to make a jumper or re-wire in a generic switch to see if that works (temporarily just to see if the seats warm up?). Ps the switches don't light up with interior buttons. I checked the FSM but still don't know where anything would be located. Thanks for the suggestions

I know not directly related to your seat switch question; but when my rear passenger window switch went bad it took out both back switches. I had to replace both switches in order to get the windows working again.

Maybe I'll try to hard wiring them on temporarily and see if it was just the switches

Yeah and maybe check the junkyard the switches should be the same for a Pathfinder, I30, I35, maybe more.

I had a couple extra heated seat switches but unfortunately I just sold them all on Ebay.

I used a wire to connect the ground and the "high" setting on both front seats and still no heat. I also used a multimeter to check and it is getting power. I'm at a loss. Any other suggestions??

Have you ensured the harness for the heating elements is still connected underneath the seats?
