Greetings all,

I've posted here in the past, and the project was put on hold for a few years. I've got a 2008 versa that I'm considering a heated seat kit for. I've seen various kits online, and visited a few custom shops as well. The problem I'm having is that the custom shop sometimes won't tell you what brand parts they use so you can't get a review, and even then some of the kits don't have reviews at all. I'm not interested in ads to companies selling parts, just a review of particular materials from people who have them installed. I've seen the Doorman kits from ebay have descent reviews, but they are small. There is a kit from Crimestopper called the "HSK-150", but there are no reviews on this for ease of install or even quality.

Some tribal knowledge would be good here!

I just have the cheap seat cover that you plug into the 12v socket. It works well enough for me, and helps warm me up a little bit in the winter when its FREEZING.
