Heated seat issue

Picked up my 2013 M37 a little over a week ago. Have an issue with the heated seats. It seems that 1/2 of the drivers seat heats up. When I brought it back the service manager says they checked it all out and didn't find a problem.

I really feel the heat on my left side but nothing on the right side. No half a** jokes please. Asking if anyone has had a similar problem.
