I have a 2011 Rogue SL that was in a accident and totaled by the insurance company. I bought it that way and it is just about finsihed and ready to go back on the road. The last item I need to fix is the heated seats. They don't work and the light on the switches doesn't light up, so I am guessing it is a fuse. But I have been unable to identify the fuse for the heated seats. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I had to replace the entire fuse box assembly under the hood so it could be that the new fuse box just didn't have that fuse populated.

Any help would be appreciated.....Thanks

I'd recommend looking at the service manual. Without knowing the extent of disassembly/repair/replacement, it could be anything from a missing/blown fuse, missing relay, non-connected harness, or possibly no wiring if incorrect harness was replaced, etc.

SE-4 has overview, SE-7 through SE-10 has specifics on the electrical system

PG-100 shows location of fuse #31 underhood. I would expect the underhood fuse label to also call out this fuse.

this fuse probably is on the lower left portion of the dashboard.

It is the relay, not the fuse

I has been a little while since I have had a chance to follow up on this. I followed the schematic and discovered that there is a relay in the passenger compartment fuse box that allows power to the heated seats only when the car is runing. The relay is located just above the fuses on the right side. The problem is that the previous owner removed the relay I checked the power going to the relay socket and everything looks correct. I then used a piece of wire to jump the relay contacts on the relay socket and the heated seats started working. So I know all I need is the relay.

Can someone send me a photo of the relay or tell me what color the relay is so that I can get the correct one?

Thanks,
Paul
