It is a shame that in the US, the Versa does not come with heated mirrors, whereas they do in Canada. This is the first car in 10 years that did not come with heated mirrors while all my others have it. In the morning when I get in the vehicle at 5 AM it is a pain not to have the mirror defrost at the same time as the rear window. I have tried looking up some Canadian dealers to see if I can get replacement glass with the heating pad but I have not had success. I may just get some power resistors and glue them to the back of my existing mirror glass if I cannot locate the heated units.

When you push the defrost button on the dash (for the rear hatchback) it comes on.That is what it says in the book, and that is what I have done and it works. Cleans the mirrors right up

I'm sure you could order the parts from Nissan, Courtesy Nissan, or Ebay. Shouldn't be too expensive maybe anywhere from $100-$200. But who knows because Nissan fog lights are nearly $400 now.

they have gold pieces in them now that is the reason for the price jump.
