Heated leather seats optional only in the AWD Rogue

I noticed that the heated leather seats is optional only in the AWD Rogue. Was up with that?

I am looking at the AWD model so not a big issue for me.

In my opinion, its not as bad as the Outlander which forces you to get an upgraded audio system/sunroof for an extra $1580 if you want the $1500 for the leather/heated seats upgrade.

These packages can be real deal killers.

I didn't think about getting the AWD because of the gas mileage but that is a thought. How much do you think AWD will push the price up?
