Heated/Cooled Seats

Hi. New to the Forum and just bought a 2011 m37x. I noticed before I bought it that the drivers side heated and cooled seat didn't work, but I got a great deal, so I figured I would deal with it at a later time. I live in Maine and would really like to get to the bottom of this before winter. When I turn the knob the light comes on for about 4 seconds and then shuts off with no change in seat temperature in either direction. Any thought?

Welcome to the forum.

Might be a relay issue or something...if you download the factory service manual (link found in the HowTo/FAQ thread in my signature) it might show you the trouble shooting steps for that.
