Ok So i had my convertible for a while now and i noticed that on the drivers side of the car it seems to get a lot warmer than the passenger side, is this normal on convertibles or even 240s? i also saw in the pillar door removal thread that Greg used foil and bubble wrap for heat rejection is this something thats normally done to the vert and is anyone else had experience with this?

Well... I guess technically the exhaust piping does exit the driver's side of the engine, and for most of it's trip to the tailpipe, it tend tend to stay on that side...

But.. that shouldn't make enough difference in the overall warmth of the car.

What side of the car was the sun on most of the day??

You have the heat turned down, right? Cause the air still blows out even when it's set to "Off".

I dunno, I never noticed, but I ALWAYS have the window(s) or top down and I very rarely ride in the passenger side. How often do you ride shotgun? Or is this something you discovered after letting the car sit rather than when the car is being driven?
