Heat Shield

I am trying to change my catalytic converter on the passenger side for 2002 QX4. i was able to get the lower heat shield off and i got two bolts off for the top shield. there is one bolt that i cant access, there is access to get a ratchet there. the bolt is visible from the engine bay but i cant put a socket and a universal joint because of the chassis right behind it.
please help

I'm guessing this bolt sits horizontally on the manifold? It's been a while since I did mine, but iirc:
Lots of penetrant followed by a gear wrench if you own one. Otherwise a little patience with your regular 10mm wrench should do it.

This bolt is actually sits on the heat shied and then screwed into the catalytic converter.
