heat coming out of pedal area during highway speed

ey, is it normal that the pedal area gets warm at high speed? Is this heat coming from the engine bay or transmission? Is there anyway to prevent this?

In some J30's the foot vents blow hot air for no reason. There was a recall on that issue up here in '95. I don't know about the US. Check with your local Infiniti dealer. If there was recall, than its a free dealer fix.
