WOW!!! It looks so completely different! I was going to do mine but it rained ALL weekend... so I guess I will be putting it off till next weekend. Unless I get off early one afternoon and have the energy. I'm really anxious to see what we can figure out about those visors!

Oh yeah it definitely looks alot better, mine had some cigarette burn marks form the previous owner above the drivers side window, and when I pulled off the factory map light and seen "clean" fabric and how it SHOULD look, I was kinda disgusted lol

Came out good though, its really a pretty easy cheap job with a good payoff

Those are my Dayton 4" midgranges, I have a new wall of subs in my car so I cant see out the back window anyways so I didnt need a rear view. I simply took a 1" wide X 5" long piece of 3/16" steel, bent it to shape, drilled out 2 holes for mounting, used the existing rear view bolt holes to hold it in place and screwed the speaker baffle to the metal bracket, its solid, and sounds even better.

Looks great what paint did you use for the overhead console and pillars and what is that you used for your dome light?

I ripped a dome light out of my friends cutlass because it had a dome light and rear maplights. The thing is its black and i would have to paint the pillars and overhead console black to match.

i used just simple textured krylon satin black paint, looks and feels factory

For the maplight I made everything, simply cut a 6" round circle out of 1/2" mdf, bought a 24 led power board off ebay for a couple bucks (same board I use in all my map lights), cut a perfect snug size hole for the led board, wired it to the blue LED flip switch (radioshack $2.99) into the factory wiring. ITS BRIGHT!!!

Those tweeters/midranges look pretty nutty. I guess there's no point in having a rear view mirror. Do you have tweeters in your a-pillars still?

Yeah Ive got a set of PG rsd silk tweets in the oem location, and a set at the top of the door panel on axis

I was thinking of redoing my door pods where my 6.5's are fiberglassed in and adding the 4" midranges, but thought meh, never seen speakers up in the rearview before, wired it up quick to see how it owuld sound, sounded great, so I made it look semi pretty

How hard is it to get the B-pillar out? Do you have to take the seatbelt loose?

The little mechanism that moves the belt pivot up and down has a cover that pops off, then its a 14 or 15mm bolt and the seatbelts off and the plastic piece just pulls off with 6 clips

Finally gave this a try... I used 3M Super Trim Adhesive Maximum Strength at a whopping 20 bux a can!!!! and the fabric isn't sticking to the cardboard headliner at all!!! Where do I find the Super 90 and how much is it a can?? There is no way the glue I got is going to work.
