Check that your 75 amp fuse under the hood isn't popped.

Take off your driver side kick panel and open the little white box and make sure nothing is fried inside.

I used my Fluke meter to test the fuses. The 75!amp fuseable link goes short to ground. This happens when the 10 amp "ROOM LAMP" fuse is installed. I pull that ROOM LAMP 10 AMP FUSE. I get INFINITY on the Fusable link. This appears to be a dead short in the accessory circuit. I pulled my stereo,amp, and VLEDS LED brake lights. I hope to break it down further and eliminate each accessory. When I pull the ROOM LAMP FUSE, I can then install the 75 amp FUSABLE LINK. The car starts,runs, all the external lights work. No charging via the alternator. I HAVE A NEW LOWER HARNESS from FRSPORT. I checked the output of the alternator and it isn't charging. I have quite a few posts where people take the alternator off and it checks well. Here is text from Advance Auto referencing a blown " LAMP FUSE" hosing the alternator output.
Product Application(s):
1991 Nissan 240SX
80 Amps; INSTALLATION ALERT! A blown fuse in the lamp circuit may cause a no charge condition. Verify that battery voltage is present at the L terminal of the alternator plug.; Tech Tip # 581;Remanufactured;
