headlights wont light up

i turn on the headlight switch and all the running lights come on exept the headlights, i checked all the fuses and relays, anybody know of any common problems, or stuff to check thanks

i fought with a strange headlight issue that made no sense for about a year until i finally swapped out the headlight switch and it worked fine, also theres two wires for the headlights that go directly to the battery, check those, and if its not those, check your switch.

dose one wire go to positive and the other to negative

no, they both go directly to the positive terminal from the fuse block right by the battery.

ok so i had a switch layin around so i changed them with the same result, anyone have any ideas to try

do your high beams work?

^^^and if not, did you check to make sure the wires didnt come lose from the terminal? and any other electrical issues? please be more descriptive.

high beams dont work eather, i have checked all the conectors, cleaned all the terminals and made sure all the grounds are good, all the runninglights come on just no headlight, low or high, other then that there are no other problems
