Headlights won't pop up

My headlights doesn't do anything since I try the sleep eye screwing thing. Already change my relays all of them and nothing Need help tired of doing manual

make sure brown wire is connected on the button on dashboard.

Well I cut it but I put it back again so I'm really confuse on that I don't if it is the motor or
