i have a 91 240sx and i wanted to know how to replace the lens?

you have to replace the whole housing because its a sealed beam.

if you're talking about removing it, there are 4 screws, 2 on top, and 2 on bottom and unscrew and it'll pop out.

i replace the house headlight assembly .. but hten my driver side light is still out ..

anyone know how to fix it?

you could always check the fuse for the headlights. or should i say both of them . both the right side and left side have their own fuse. this happened to me once. i did the same with buying new headlights but one of them still wouldnt work. so just check the fuses.

it is the headlight switch in the collumn. No prob to fix, expensive, but easy. I had same prob and that's how I fixed it.

would that switch affect left/right function? i thought it just affected high/low beam

Ground may be corroded/rusted.. check your grounds, and then check your wires for frays..

yes, it is a combonation switch. My passenger headlight was out and I chased it around forever trying to find a fuse or loose wire; but finally someone told me it was the switch and that fixed it perfectly.

what about properly aiming the headlights, my aiming screws are rusty, where could i get new 1's? ps:i think i live near enjuku
