Does anyone know how to get rid of that orange strip on the side of each head light. The Tiida doesn't have them and I think it looks way better without.

I hope you live in a state where they don't do car inspections. Those reflectors are NTSB mandatory.

Not really an answer for you, but a heads up.

the orange reflector is internal to the light,so you'll need to take it apart to get it out. The Tiida (from non-USA markets) don't have the reflector requirement.

Yeah, i wanted to get rid of these myself, and in FLA no inspections but not going through all that.

I did put in some silver/chrome turn signal bulbs so i got rid of the yellow/amber color from that location easily.

just get some tiida lights and change them over.

I think I'm going to go with a chrome bulb and take out the reflectors.
