So the headlights on my g35 coupe are not looking good. Has water spots on the inside possibly on the out, and the lenses are looking kinda dull. Besides buying new headlights, how and what can I use to clean the plastic lenses?

I'm not sure exactly on how to do it, but if you check out the FAQ section in the General G Forum, it has info there on how to do it.

i haven't done this myself, but wet sanding with a high grit sandpaper and polishing it after will do the trick. it has worked for a few people i know, this work is all about patience.

also if you only want a temp fix..i also head toothpaste will work too, but that wont last long.
